I know people yap on about how "ohhh its not authentic shawarma , blah blah", but I could care less, cause it tastes banging. Their mayo does half the lifting, its so good I've tried getting the chefs to tell me it ... they didn't :(. The atmosphere is a bit noisy but the service makes up for it in heaps. The staff are super attentive and accommodating, whether its for takeaways or dine ins.

I think the gas shortage affected the quality of making the shawarma, im not sure. Chicken plate shawarma cost above 200 and quantity is low and quality too. Chicken is very dried.

We ordered one falafel shawarma and one special chicken shawarma - the total costs Rs 355. Quality wise good but on the quantity side, it's very overpriced. You can easily reach here - located near KFC, Polayathodu. Some parking space available in front of the outlet.

What impressed me most was their disciplined and fast service—it’s very well organized. Tried most of their main items and liked them all, would rate everything 4 out of 5. Only downside was the mojito, which felt average.

I tried the Jumbo Shawarma from here, having previously tried it at their Ernakulam branch. The shawarma was quite filling, but the pricing wasn’t on the lower side. The taste was okay, and the service was reasonably quick. I felt the shawarma could’ve had a better balance of crispy and juicy textures. Overall, a decent experience, and I’m open to trying more items from here in the future.
